A/N: This started as a challenge piece that quickly morphed into its own thing. Instead of forcing it into certain specifications though, I let it go where it wanted and it just kind of... formed. Because of that, it may not have come out in my typical 'style.' (And I fear it's edging dangerously close to pretentious.)
