challenge #14: u2 down under

This week's challenge come courtesy of clandestine269 who suggested that, in celebration of the news on U2's continuing tour, we have a sort of U2 Down Under Challenge.

So, yes! Write them in the outback with kangaroos and other marsupials whose names I can't spell correctly. Or write them in New Zealand where, uhm, there's a lot of mountains and hobbits and stuff. \o/

Fics will be due by midnight MST on Monday, August 28th, 2006.

Oh, great Mod, I was doing fine with lurking peeking around here a bit and not joining, but...but...the name "hawkmoon" kept appearing, so I started reading, and NOW I CAN'T SEE ANYTHING BEYOND PART 51! *distraught* *frustrated* *should've gone to bed hours ago anyway* So...I'd like to join then, thank you. :)

So, I don't have my birth year, 1984, in my user info. Is that ok? Do you want me to change it for a day or something so you can see it there? (forgive the babbling, I didn't get a lot of sleep last night due to this fic, and here it is, nearly 5am AGAIN, so...roight.) Anyway. I'll wait to hit "join" 'till hearing back. You'll want to add your birthyear to your userinfo before trying to join. Only because I'm not typically the mod that okays membership and we're sticklers about the year being there. You shouldn't have any problems otherwise though and I'm very glad you're reading! :D
