So, this is the end of both Challenge #35: U2 by U2 as well as the Challenge Challenge. All entries to Challenge #35 are located here. The winners of the Challenge Challenge are as follows: clandestine269 with 3.5 points, melissa2u with 2 points, and pop_daisy with 1.5 points. Congrats you guys! There are three prizes, so luckily nobody gets shafted this go! I will be contacting you three about prizes shortly; clandestine_269 gets her choice of all three prizes, then melissa2u, and pop_daisy. Okay, so here's the new stuff: Since U23D is coming out shortly, I thought we could do something sort of on the same wave length. You've got two choices this time; you can either:

(A) Write a fic about the background/behind the scenes/what have you of at least one member of U2's involvement in various films, such as: U23D, Rattle and Hum, The Million Dollar Hotel, Entropy, Across the Universe, Captive or Mission Impossible. (If you've got any other ideas, just let me know.)

OR

(B) A more general movie-themed fic. Are they watching a movie? Reenacting a movie? Making a movie? Anything you like.

This challenge is due 1159PM PST on February 11th.

Now to the next Challenge Challenge. There is just one prize this time, and it goes to whomever completes the most challenge fics in the next three challenge cycles. They can be any of the past challenges and of course from the present one. The winner gets these pins as seen in the U2 By U2 version of the Window in the Skies video, as well as on Edge's lapel back in around 1980-81. Sorry the picture is so bad, I just took it with my cell camera. EDIT: The winner will also receive a copy of Rattle and Hum: The Official Book of the U2 Movie, pictured here, again in my crappy cell quality. It's got some great pictures!
