The other day I stumbled upon fanhistory.com, which is basically a fan fiction Wiki. Looking up "U2" on this site, I found only one lonely entry in the entire article:

* On May 8, 2002, "Train Kept a Rollin'" past the "Zoo Station"~Aerosmith and U2 Fanfics was lasted updated.

To which I say, WTF?

I couldn't help putting a few things up, but I don't want to cause any controversy, so I haven't added that much. I figured it would be better to just let you guys know about it so that everyone can contribute what they feel is important.

Here are some things that you could help by adding:

- When writers published their first fic
- When writers left the fandom
- First publication of major works (like the Hawkmoon series)
- A list of "canon" slashy highlights, like Bono's "We're all gay" comment, or the progression of the bullfight sequences on stage
- When the kerfluffle happened over "favored" pairings, back in, whenever it was, late 2002...
- Expand the list of influential stories


Some of this information can be culled from "The Processor," I just hesitate to do it for fear of exhibiting a bias.

This Wiki is for fan fiction in general, not just slash. Those brave souls among you who have PLEBA connections may want to add contributions from the PLEBA side of the fandom.
