All is quiet, on New Year's Eve

So I was thinking, I know I'm doing nothing tonight, and maybe there are others who are doing nothing also. So why don't we do something wholesome, like slash U2 to ring in the new year? Which leads to...

Under the cut will be the start of a "fic". Anyone who wants can reply to it. And anyone who wants to reply to that can do so. And so on and so on. Like an unstructured round robin. Multiple threads are inevitable (and desired), so just because someone beats you to replying to a comment, go right ahead and do yours. We'll have some interesting branches. And no angsting over whether yours is good enough or not. This isn't going to be highbrow literature folks, so jump in. The important thing is that we have fun with this. What else is the community good for? (*smooches Joy and Izzy*) I'm going to try to make the beginning so that it can go any which way, serious, porn, crack, or all of the above.
