Okay, so I was filching from rhythmsextion's music post, and I thought "Yeah, wouldn't it be cool if everyone did this."

And then I thought, what might be even better is if we turn it into a round-robin kind of tag game with it?  And, as this is predominantly a writing community, why not spice it up a little?  I've been going through the rough and tumble of writer's block, and I know that music is one of those things that can inspire [especially the lyrics].

So what I propose is this: Every month [or week, or two weeks, whatever people feel], someone posts a music thing utilising the magic of yousendit or some such, and does it in a similar layout to Joy's - if not with the pairings, then at least the song, the artist, and the 'sample lyric' piece. 

Then people can pick one [or more than one] song to have as their inspiration, and sit down and write a fic, and get it posted up [it can be a PWP, one-chap wonder, OMGthisrivalstheBibleinsize, whatever you feel].  That way we can get a whole new bunch of people posting, I hope, and a plethora of new fics for our U2slash hungry minds!

The music-post gets passed to the first person to comment 'me next!' in the original music post, and that person is responsible for getting things up for the next month, say.

Does that make sense? Sound like something you'd like? Comments, suggestions, "bog off Rogue that sounds shite"?
